Charles Roussel (b. 1984, France) is a french photographer based in Brooklyn, specialized in portraiture and editorial work.

He holds a Masters in Communication Arts, and completed his education at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in NYC.

He held his first solo show "The NY Chronicles" in 2017 in NYC.
